Chris has been interested in natural phenomena and interpreting
nature through art and mathematics for as long as he can remember,
and computer graphics has offered a perfect blend of left and right
brain disciplines. He studied fine arts and received a
BFA in illustration in 1991 from RISD.
In 1995 he started Lizard Lounge Graphics with his wife,
Natasha Dahlberg (RISD '92). In 2002 they moved and
relocated to Wellington, New Zealand. Chris developed
tools for Weta productions’ JANE AND THE DRAGON
and has been developing visual effects and
